I have used DSL (and it's predecessor) for the past 39 years for three properties in NWI, until I sold them all recently. For most of that period I was living for work reasons in Brunei, Azerbaijan, Singapore, Dubai and Russia so it was essential I had a competent, professional, experienced, polite, friendly and trustworthy letting agent "on the ground" locally. I think 39 years shows that I was completely happy with their level of service in all respects. I felt I was getting very personailised service and all issues were dealt with - certainly without my need to be involved in all the granular, day-to-day stuff.
