Managed a flat I lived in for around 3 years. Had a couple different staff members managing our tenancy over that time, all good, but special mention to Courtney who has always been very helpful, very quick replies to emails and any issues were resolved with minimum effort on our end. Cannot speak highly enough as she couldn’t have been any more helpful. Tracy was also great with helping during transition of who was managing our tenancy, very professional. Thanks!

I have rented a property with Martin and Co Nottingham for over one year and they are the best letting agent I have ever dealt with. I had an issue with electricity supplier after I moved out from my flat. I got in touch with Molly and she took all the details from me and liaised with the electricity supplier to sort it out very quickly. Spoken to a lovely Martin and Co rep called Kelly today who was so polite and friendly. Adding myself to the database for property alerts was so much simpler and less intrusive then I have found other estate agents, was completed in just a few moments where others have taken time and I have found myself repeating the same answers again as if they dont listen. She even compliment the dog I had which was lovely. Excellent customer service thank you.
