My experience with Move and Save has been fantastic nothing has been to much trouble and everything question has been answered and dealt with professionally. I personally felt they want you to move smoothly, hassle free and quickly as possible which take's a lot of pressure and stress away.

Absolutely brilliant, there are no words - the staff are lovely, professional and will bend over backwards to support you. They had our property online within hours, and the presentation of the photo's and the whole advert were amazing. We had viewings by the next morning and sold STC within 48hours. I would highly recommend them.

After having our home valued by 3 other agents, Tracy from Move & Save came to value our property. We knew instantly that they were the ones for us there and then. She was warm and friendly and not money motivated like the other agents previous. Tracy has given us a personalised service throughout and kept in contact, even messaging on her day off to keep us updated on things. The other Ladies of the Move & Save team, Judie and Tina, have also been very helpful. The photos that were taken of our home were of good quality and Tracy took the time to make sure everything was perfect. The fee included a premium listing, a video of our home and a 3D floor plan. Professional, down to earth sales.

Tracey visited my home on a wet Saturday morning to discuss the potential selling my home and I was won over with her down to earth approach of her knowledge, constructive comments and sales approach. Yes, I moved a few items around my house so that the perfect shot could be taken, it was all in good humour! We discussed at length how the marketing and sale would be handled and a few hours later, the pics and video were done, and that was that. A few hours later Tracey messaged me to confirm that the house was now visible on Rightmove and the journey began...viewings poured in and a sale quickly ensued. In the hands of the conveyances now. I couldn’t have wished for more!

I want to start with I CANT RECOMMEND MOVE AND SAVE ENOUGH!!!!! I am a young first time buyer, and at the start of the year a house I was buying from another estate agents fell through a few days before I got the keys. This made me anxious, upset and on edge and even disheartened for buying another property. It was then that I first came into contact with Move and save, I explained all my worries and the journey I had been on to Tracey who put me at ease INSTANTLY. It wasn’t all about sales and figures, she took the time to reassure me and really make sure that I was okay every step of the way. Whilst viewing the house I was buying through them, the vendor couldn’t sing their praises enough and told me how amazing they had been with her too, and in her words ‘I don’t know why everyone doesn’t go with Move and save’. Tracey is very quick at getting back to you and getting the ball rolling with things, there has never been a time I couldn’t get through to Tracey and there has never been a time she has been unable to help. I have called Move & Save in tears with being overwhelmed with the process and doing this on my own and have been met with guidance, warmth and reassurance and have been made to feel like a normal human being and not a number. I have even rang at 10 to 5, on a Thursday evening explaining I couldn’t get a surveyor for any sooner than 5 weeks and how this could massively put me back (my fault for leaving it so long) Tracey was straight off making calls, keeping me updated every minute and by 10am the following morning I had a surveyor booked for the following week. I had even called Tracey first thing in a morning explaining some of my worries and was told. ‘Sarah you have my mobile number you could of give me a call last night so I could of ran through it with you and made sure you’re okay, I hate to think you were stressed when I can help’ Tracey & move and save really really do put in the time and effort and go ABOVE AND BEYOND for their clients and I can honestly say it’s because they WANT too!! I can’t thank move and Save & Tracey for making this process so much easier for me and for being so kind to me throughout!!! Is it bad that I’m already excited to sell my new house in the future so I can deal with them again?!!!! Haha!! FANTASTIC ESTATE AGENTS!
