Amazing expirience
Last year we decided to go with Move & Save as their price was better than any high street estate agent. We were selling one property and buying two, so things were rarther complicated, however, dealing with Move & Save was a breeze and an absolute pleasure. Tracy came out and valued our property and was so lovely that I feel she is a friend to this day, which is why I am about to go on the market with them again. The girl in the office I dealt with (Keeley) was wonderful and as the whole process is so stressful, I felt like I had my very own therapist and she was always there at the end of the phone. We used their online conveyancing team as the price was right and it all ran perfectly smooth. Personally I cannot reccomend Move & Save enough and it has been my pleasure to do business with such friendly and professional people.

Excellent Service from Tracey
Tracey takes the best property photos, and this time she made a video, which was also great. Our property was 'live' by 5.30 that evening. Tracey is very efficient, always does what she says she's going to do, and really works hard on our behalf. This is the second property we've sold through Move and Save.

Fantastic estate agents!
I couldn't recommend Move & Save enough to sell your home. This was our first experience of selling, everyone tells you how stressful it is going to be but Move & Save take the stress out of it. Head Valuer Tracy Kernaghan was brilliant, very efficient and friendly a lovely person. She explained everything in detail and got our advert up so quickly! She gave great advice and kept us up to date on developments all the way through. Go with Move & Save their great!

Fast, friendly and efficient
Tracy takes a fantastic picture and is really good at explaining the selling process. We had a really good advert on Rightmove within hours of her initial visit, and four viewings in the first four days (could have been more but didn't want to do many). Within a week we had a really good offer on the house which we are happy to accept. We can't recommend Move and Save highly enough. Keeley, the office manager, is also friendly, helpful and efficient. A fantastic team. Thank you both very much for your patience and understanding.

Top quality service with a smile
Couldn't ask for more from an estate agent, this is the second time I've used Move & Save to sell a property and would use them again in the future without hesitation. Tracy is very efficient and friendly and offered very professional advice. I would recommend the top of the range sales package with the sales board, 3D floor plan and video etc. and at £830 its less than half the cost of the other estate agents I had provide me with a valuation. All in all I cant see why you would want to use anyone else!!

Outstanding service
The above two words pretty much sum up everything I need to put really.Reasonably priced service,excellent communications and perfect photographs of my property which all helped to sell it in a week. Tracy was my contact with Move and Save and couldn't of done anything more to make the sale happen...........I'm very, very happy with the service I received.

Sale of Property
Tracy is supremely knowledgeable about the Property market, and i immediately contacted her having sold another property through Move and Save previously. Tracy supplied an honest assessment of the property, provided potential areas for improvement, and used her knowledge to value the property. Having viewings within hours and following offers, Tracy was then able to extract the best price from the interested parties An outstanding service from start to finish
