I picked NF because they know the local market for retirement flats and because they gave me an optimistic valuation which I needed to ensure I got a good price to pay for my Mum's nursing care. In the end the agreed price was not as high as I had hoped but not for the want of the team arranging plenty of viewings. They gave good recommendations on strategy to deal with an uncertain period in the market. The team were very joined up and they all knew the state of play on the sale of my Mum's flat. Calls were returned promptly, all minor queries dealt with quickly and staff were always friendly.
