The best estate agents in the area , nothing is too much trouble . We have never experienced service like this from any previous estate agent. They gave a sensible estimate, they negotiated very well on our behalf and we got the asking price and they chased solicitors to ensure we completed on time. They even sorted out removal and storage. I would highly recommend Newton Fallowell for buying a property. I dealt with Peter who was extremely helpful and patient, as I was purchasing a rental and needed it to be right!

We used Newton Fallowell Oakham for our purchase/relocation late 2020/21. We can’t express enough how good they were. Peter Ledger went beyond his role and obtained many documents from Rutland Council and provided these to our Solicitor/Conveyancer to help with the transaction. We would definitely recommend them! Peter at Newton Fallowell Oakham branch was superb from start to finish. He helped me sell my Grans house on her behalf and was so lovely with both of us. He explained everything brilliantly so we knew exactly what to expect during the sale process. His communication skills were second to none. Grandma is now settled in a lovely new home, and I couldn't have done it without him.
