Nothing is too much trouble for him, and he keeps in regular contact from the minute you instruct him, responding to calls and messages immediately, even 'out of hours' We had a long, and sometimes rocky road with our sale and purchase, with Daniel acting on both. He went above and beyond to get us to completion. His dedication is exemplary, and it comes from the heart.  He's not just there to sell houses, or wait for them to sell themselves as some other agents do. As buyers, from the outset Daniel James were friendly, professional and couldn’t do enough for us. With limited availability in the area on our behalves, we managed to get a very last minute Saturday viewing of our now beautiful new home - in hindsight, thank goodness!
