I cannot recommend George at Breckon highly enough. As far from the spivvy stereotype as you can get. I wouldn't hesitate to use Breckon again.
I would highly recommend Breckon for the sale of property. They gave me an accurate valuation and advice which resulted in a quick offer. They carried out lots of viewings and communicated well. Thanks to Breckon, my sale went through very well. George Holbrook was excellent to deal with.
Efficient set-up and marketing. Asking price offer within a week. Responsive and good communication throughout. Thanks. Recommended.
I had bought my house through Jenny in 2007 and had no hesitation in instructing her to handle its sale in 2022.The service she and her team provided was professional and understanding, confident and always with a sense of humour.I knew that I could rely on their help and discretion at all times, and am sure that buyers and sellers will find these qualities indispensable.
This is the worst letting agent I've ever encountered! They manipulate communication between the landlord and tenants, creating confusion. They intentionally lie to both parties, causing problems and deliberately harming the landlord's interests. They even allow tenants to prematurely terminate contracts without the landlord's consent. When we complained to their management team, it was utterly unhelpful. It appears that this behavior is part of Breckon & Breckon's company culture. We were left with no choice but to file a formal complaint with the property ombudsman, resulting in Breckon & Breckon being fined for their wrongdoing.
The worst letting agent I have ever come across, really ever so poor shall not be recommending the bloody service or indeed using them again awful. They only try to make money of someone's misery of finding urgent accommodation or moving houses.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value
Absolutely shocking property management as a renter, our flat is absolutely riddled with black mould and damp and Breckon have taken over a YEAR to take any action despite constant pleas for help, they have now blamed us as tenants for what a specialist agreed is a structural ventilation problem. I am living in disgusting conditions with a toddler and Breckon are no help at all.
This agency discriminates against tenants that recieve universal credit or benefits. Their covert, illegal and prejudice driven practices deny people to the housing they need and deserve. A shameful agency.
