Friendly, trustworthy agency in Oxford

We are so grateful to the team at Breckon and Breckon for their excellent service with renting our first flat in the UK. As someone coming from abroad, it is often a nerve-wracking experience renting for the first time, but Breckon and Breckon really guided us through the process from start to finish. Summer was professional and honest during the viewings and Jess was very communicative in coordinating the cleaning and refurbishing of the flat before the move-in. We are especially grateful to Ashleigh, who stayed in contact and managed all our requests throughout the process. She replied to all emails very quickly and helped us through the paperwork and communicating our wishes to the landlord. Everyone we interacted with at Breckon and Breckon was very upfront and friendly, and at no point in the process did we feel that someone was hiding anything from us. Breckon and Breckon were recommended to us by a work colleague as one of the most trustworthy agencies in Oxford, and we are happy to say that we can confirm this. Excellent service from Breckon and Breckon

I have rented through Breckon and Breckon twice now and both times the service was very good. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family, would rent through them again and would rate their service very highly.

VIP service treatment by an A-team

I could be in UK or abroad, the team at Breckon & Breckon is always present should anything happen to my rental property. Long time ago as a student I used them as a tenant they were super-helpful and professional; 20 years later, as a landlord the service is just awesome. I highly recommend this agency as I am sure they are the best rental agency in Oxford.

Great and prompt service

Service offered by Breckon and Brcekon is personal, friendly and efficient. Tenants were found quickly and the turn around time for the property was swift. The property was re-decorated throughout, a new bathroom installed, garden cleared and the place cleaned all within a week of agreeing to carry out this work - ready for the tenant to move in on time. Would be happy to recommend them to other landlords.

Effective and polite

5 stars for quality of properties offered 5 stars for agent availability for viewings 5 stars for clarity and speed in sorting contract 5 stars for agents' politeness and expertise Only issue: difficult to communicate. Possibly due to the agency relocating (now fully relocated, so probably improved already).

Friendly, quick & helpful

We had really good service from Summer at B&B, really treated us well, answered any queries we had quickly. Have used other agencies in the past that forgotten that we were looking for a home, this didn't happen and am very pleased with how quickly we went from the stresses of searching to enjoying getting the keys.
