I met with 6 different agents, including Breckon & Breckon, to determine who was the best fit to let ( and manage) my property. I picked Breckon & Breckon due to their hugely competitive rates and marketing practices. I wasn't disappointed, their photos, virtual tour and advertisement were all spectacular. I was inundated with offers, and was privileged enough to be selective when choosing a tenant. The communication was prompt, clear and diligent. A particular shout out to Ashleigh who was patient, understanding and articulate. She knew letting my property was a big (emotional) decision and handled it with tact, poise and professionalism. I cannot be more effusive of her - Breckon & Breckon have phenomenal agents. I would recommend them in a heartbeat, and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future.

Unusual for a buyer to recommend an estate agent but based on my recent experience of the Oxford based New Homes Team I felt it warranted some positive recognition and recommendation. They helped me as a buyer secure and exchange on my new Oxford apartment in less than six weeks from initial viewing and I’m now keenly awaiting successful legal completion. A special note of thanks to Matt, who I now understand is the newest member of the team which was not obvious from the level of service provided at first and second viewings and his handling of the submission and initial progression of my offer. He was a credit to the New Homes Team and certainly got my purchase off to a great start; before Mel, Lucy and Joe helped ensure we met the agreed offer exchange timetable. The Team kept all parties involved updated with progress and flagged any issues and required action. They ensured a smooth process throughout by timely monitoring, action and follow up, especially evident when lead team members’ were absent on leave or simply unavailable. Such absences didn’t adversely impact progress as all the team members were obviously suitably briefed and managed so promptly helped with emails and calls, or escalated if required, to get matters addressed and progressed quickly regardless of a specific team member’s availability. An impressive team effort indeed and based on my recent positive experience I’d happily recommend them as an agent you’d enjoy and appreciate dealing with whether you’re buying or selling.

Reliable, Professional and Helpfull. Looking to rent sometimes is complicated but with Breckon&Breckon I have had a really nice experience, I don’t have the words to describe how thankful I am for my letting agent Annabel Barnes and for her help, patient and reliability. Her whole company as a whole is also very responsive with everything that goes on around the house which makes the process so smooth and stress free. The property was rented during the uncertainties of the Pandemic period in Sep 2021, even so, Breckon was able to complete rental formalities within 8 days. Responses to maintenance issues were efficient and effective. Check out was made very smooth and easy. I would say one of the rare "trouble free' experience I have had with an Estate Agent.
