Estate agents get a bad name but I've always been pleased with Martin & Co! Kate in finance is lovely, but all the team are great and have been welcoming to me the many times I have popped in the office. Great bunch!

I have just recently rented a property through Martin & Co and have had such a pleasant and positive experience with them the whole way through. Luke was prompt in booking a viewing with me and then forwarding any questions I had to the landlord, and in answering everything I wanted to know. Both Luke and Iulia and have been helpful and accommodating through the whole application process, including booking extra viewings for me to go back and see the property again and replying promptly to any emails I've sent. The whole thing has been seamless and has made me feel very comfortable in my new property!

Having recently moved out of a room with Martin & Co, I have to say that the experience was a lot better than it has been in the past with other agents. I was due rent back and Kate in accounts got in touch with me to tell me that, and paid it back to me same day. My deposit was returned shortly after. We had a good feeling about Martin & Co as soon as we met Luke. He was very friendly, extremely professional and a fast mover! It has taken a week from when we first saw the property advertised, to having all paper work completed deposit being paid. Nothing has been too much trouble and both Luke and Iulia have been extremely helpful, they’ve always been at the end of the phone to answer our calls, and they’ve responded to our emails very quickly!! All in all we’re very happy with the service we received from Martin & Co and will be recommending you to anyone who asks!

Very good customer service. Iulia was really helpful sorting out all the documents needed for renting. The paperwork process, which usually is quite tedious, was actually seamless thanks to her. Kate was also really helpful sorting out some small fixings needed in the house, overall quite pleased with all the team.
