Upon reviewing your emails, it appears that you responded to Jane's email on Thursday evening. Grace addressed your email on Friday morning, as Jane is unavailable on Fridays. Unfortunately, by that time, all viewings for Friday were fully booked. We communicated that a viewing—either by yourself, a friend, or a family member—is required before we can consider your application. We understand you’re available to view the property at the beginning of August, and we’re happy to accommodate this. However, please note that the property may be let following the viewings that have already taken place.
