I arranged to view a propperty with FBM, Anwen showed us around and she was exelent new her way around the proppeerty volenteered ideas to make the propperty our own should we buy it and her enthusiasm and profesional atitude really showed. Let us know about any suitable properties that became available and then was friendly and informative on viewings, without being overbearing or 'salesy' and some Estate Agents can be.
