I came to Martin & Co through another website. James was my agent throughout the whole process. He immediately understood my situation with limited availability in Plymouth for viewing suitable properties. Thanks to his diligence and his dedication I only needed to visit Plymouth 2 times to secure my property. The entire experience was hassle free and smooth, beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Martin & Co and James Wilson in particular.

James has been so kind and diligent as we move home over the Christmas period. Letting agents can sometimes be quite brutal, but James and the team at Martin and Co have the human touch, which for us has made all the difference.

Amy is my property manager for Martin and Co. She is friendly, professional and is very quick to get any queries or maintenance request rectified. I recently lost all power to my property due to an outside light getting filled with water. I called Amy and within half an hour I had an electrician at my door who rectified the issue. Amy really is an asset to Martin and Co and I feel extremely happy to have her as my property manager.
