As a professional Landlord, I use Martin and Co. to find Tenants for our property in Plymouth. I had given our long term Tenant notice, due to his breaking the terms of the Tenancy Agreement and asked Martin and Co to find a replacement. By coincidence, he approached Martin and Co for alternative accommodation, but could find nothing suitable. My position was that if he would agree to not violate the terms of the Agreement he could stay, but our relationship had deteriorated. Aimee Farley, who had interviewed our Tenant, understood the situation and acted as a third party between us to reach a satisfactory conclusion. Without her assistance, it would not have been an easy ride. Throughout our relationship, Aimee has always taken care to understand the situation and to offer every assistance. She returns calls and has been most efficient in all respects. Dealing with one person, rather than the "Team" has brought about a satisfactory conclusion to a vexing situation.
