Thanks to everyone, particularly Julie Williams for all their help in selling my property. As well, before that the lettings team were great in assisting with everything. I would have no hesitation recommending Martin & Co to family and friends.

We have been interested in a property on the market with Martin & Co for some weeks now. So far, regardless of the outcome of our offer, the service from Julie Duff and the other two Julie's who have helped us has been exceptional. We have been kept informed and had regular contact back and forth with the agent. If I was looking to sell, then I'd definitely be contacting this estate agent for their professionalism and customer service.

As investors we had used Martin & Co before to sell a property in Pontefract and Julie Duff and her team had impressed us then. We then recently hired them to sell a bungalow, fully refurbed and ready to go. Julie found 2 buyers at asking price within a week and we were flying. Frustratingly the buyers solicitor was the worst we’ve ever encountered; slow, incompetent, inflexible and incommunicado. What should have been an easy cash saw dragged on for weeks. Through it all Julie was calm, professional, persistent and positive. In the end she came up trumps and found a way of getting us over the line. Can highly recommend Julie, Jules and all the team, a great friendly estate agent.
