Cheshire & Co were superb
Having not sold a property for over forty years when I decided to sell my home a friend advised me to use Cheshire & Co. I asked a total of 3 agents to value my property and Cheshire & Co were the most honest and professional. The details and photos were superb and they found me a buyer in no time and then guided me through the whole process from recommending a solicitor for me to a surveyor for my new home. All the way through the communication was great and NOTHING was too much trouble for Gareth & his superb team. Cheshire & Co are highly a professional company who really cared about me . Highly recommended..

Top class service from Cheshire & Co
Having used other agents to let me property I was recommend Cheshire & Co about five years ago. They were a refreshing change and made the process easy and really cared about me and the property. Great communication from the lettings department and Liz in particular. Would highly recommend Cheshire & Co to any future or indeed existing Landlords.

The Harry Potter of estate agents
I contacted Cheshire and co to sell my property after finding other agents not customer friendly. As this was my first time selling a property I was unsure of the process. From my first call everything was taken care of for me. Transparent quick processes leave no guessing games. Will definitely not look elsewhere when I come to sell again. Dealt with rose and Gareth who were easy to contact and friendly.

Different to other agents GREAT SERVICE.
I have sold via Cheshire & Co twice and bought a property from in the last five years . They were great to deal with and all transactions went really well. Gareth and his team accompanied all the viewings even on a Sunday and after normal hours. I will definitely use again..
