We recently used Martin and co to sale our flat, well we sold it the first day! We had Sarah from the branch she was brilliant very friendly and I would highly recommend them �, she presented our flat on a lovely handout, so potential buyers had all the information to read and take home after, as I said we sold on the first day � 4 offers of full asking price �! Sarah and the rest of the Martin and co team were brilliant and kept us up to date through the whole process, selling a property in its self is tough and I can assure they made it 100 times easier !
