I rent through Belvoir and have had such a positive experience with them so far. Louise is so cheerful and pleasant to speak to. She advocates equally for the landlords and the tenants which is a rarity in the current market! On the rare occasion I've had issues with anything, Louise does her best to help. She's great with replying to emails despite the fact she probably has so many each day, so I feel really supported as a tenant. Was worried leaving home to rent as I'd heard rental horror stories from friends, but I needn't have worried.

Fully refurbished with their guidance and quality workmanship from their building contractor and finally let out to great tenants by Amy-Louise at good rent, even in the middle of November! All staff were knowledgeable in all aspects of the Buy to Let market which gave me great reassurance and confidence with my investment.
