Hello Meyer estates team!

Since we've arrived to property, Mrs LeAnne was waiting for us smiling although we were late. Thank you for being nice and about presentation of the house i'll be honest by saying it was very good, with all the information about the property. She was prepared! Well done! Nice perfume by the way :)!

Friendly, genuine and professional service

Having missed out on several properties we were contacted by Richard White who had found a property that suited our needs perfectly. After some negotiation he secured a deal which has since resulted in us buying our first house. Richard and Claire provided us with the essential guidance first time buyers need throughout the process and responded swiftly to phone calls and emails. Their assistance (along with Henry, Harry and the Dorchester team) was invaluable when the service provided by our solicitor started to deteriorate. The personal touch that Richard and Claire applied to the whole process made all the difference during a potentially stressful time. I would rate their service as excellent and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property in the area.

SALE OF OUR HOUSE

Fantastic service !

We went to Meyers in June 2015 as we had found a property that we desperatly wanted to buy ,so needed a sale ASAP ! Adam came to our house talked through the whole procedure and gave us a valuation , we were very impressed with Meyers approach and gave them our house to sell. It sold within 3 days amazing ! The sale went through very efficiently , and we were regularly contacted keeping us up to date with the process. We also had a 2nd property that we needed to sell to buy this new house and again Meyers was a obvious choice , This property was not as desirable as our home as it was a rented property , However Meyers had it marketed well and we and a great influx of potential buyers and within 2weeks we sold ! The tenant we had said that they were great with communication and very professional in there approach to selling our house. Mark has a very hands on approach to his business and he rung us towards the end of each sale to make sure we were happy with the service we were receiving and if there was anything he could do . I have recomennded Meyers to friends and they to have left a great impression with them too in fact one of our friends has moved into a new property today thanks to Meyers ! A great team effort ,well done too Meyers
