We highly recommend using Normie & Co for buying and selling your home. We both bought and sold with them and it was a 100% positive experience. There were some hurdles to overcome on the way but both Nicole and Natalie provided friendly and positive guidance and reassurance when we needed it. They were both friendly and professional and we adore our lovely 'new' home. Everyone involved did a wonderful job. Josh with the valuation, Jaymes with the initial and follow up viewings and a lovely lady (whose name I can't remember) who handled our viewings. I have been so impressed with Normie. We asked 3 estate agents to value our property and Normie were spot on. One was far too high. One was too low. Normie know the market so well. Our house sold in less than 2 weeks. Josh was absolutely brilliant. He kept us up to date with everything that was happening and was so helpful. We were really happy with the photos of the house and with the ‘offer’ process. Nicole took over when the property was sold and she has been utterly amazing - chasing solicitors, checking with buyers, keeping in touch with all parties.
