Needing to be proceed-able to enable a reservation to be placed on a house and development we had been hoping to move to for some time I was recommended to use the services of ‘Tracy Gilmore / Gilmore Estates’ to market our house. From making the initial phone call to Tracy, our house was marketed, viewed and sale agreed upon within 7 days enabling us to place our reservation on our new home. Tracy and her assistant Lesley did a fantastic job, marketing the property, keeping us updated with the progress of the sale and also liaised with the builder to help arrange our reservation. Our sincere thanks to them both for making what we thought would be such a complicated process of selling our home so straightforward and stress-free. 5-star service all the way.
