Buying my first home and so far Rachel at Manning Stainton has been straightforward with her phone calls and swift at getting back to me when negotiating an offer with the seller. Gloria was also lovely and very helpful when viewing the property I have now had an offer accepted on, also giving ideas on how I could potentially extend and improve the property. Manning Stainton Pudsey have been fab so far with my house purchase. When I viewed the property it was refreshing to see they had lots of information to hand and were able to answer so many of my questions there and then, which didn't seem to be the norm when I viewed properties with other agents.
