Vicky has been very helpful in linking us up with a mortgage service and solicitor service via Manning Stainton which has taken the stress out of calling around for quotes. Vicky also provided us with the opportunity to have a ID check locallly and advised on the next steps in regard to buying the property. She has been friendly and informative throughout.

Excellent service, Debbie Cundill ensured the chain kept moving, chasing up and pushing on a daily basis. If it hadn’t been for her the chain may well have broken down and we probably would not have managed to move. Highly recommended!
