We decided to use Manning Stainton to not only sell our house but to purchase our next. From start to finish their service has been amazing. The endeavoured to get our property on the market as quickly as they possibly could and arrange the photos and EPC to be done within the day. Selling our home with Victoria Alexander was easy. She came to view the property so that she could use her knowledge of it to help sell it, which she did. Great Service & Quick Sale! We had arranged 4 valuations but chose to go with Manning Stainton over the over the agents as John was professional, friendly and had clearly done prior research which put us at ease and gave us reassurance. from valuation our house was on the market within the week, the photos were as good as we could have hoped and we were fortunate to have accepted an offer at asking price within 3 days of the house being on the market.
