We sold and bought through Move Revolution. We were struggling to sell our flat and after being on the market for nearly a year and three failed offers, Move Revolution managed to sell it within a week! Honestly speaking, they provided a superb service. It was an end to end top class experience. They offer a sales progression service which was amazing. Sue was on the case chasing parties involved as and when necessary to speed up the process. Paul and Ryan was always contactable even after the sale was agreed and they were always up-to-date with information. All in all, we felt it was a personalised, tailored service they provided us. Can’t fault them with anything. In order to sell our property we dealt with 5 different agencies and hands down Move Revolution were the best.

Estate agents get bad press however the team at Move Revolution are different & have been amazing from start to finish. Photos of my house were great, Ross Margetts kept in contact keeping us updated all the way through the process. We were initially impressed by Move Revolution when viewing properties with them. We then viewed the perfect property, but our agent (who I won’t name on here) had failed to sell our home and as such we lost the property we loved. When it came back onto the market, Ross at Move Revolution phoned us immediately. We agreed for them to take on our property also. What followed was service and professionalism exponentially better than other agents we had used. Ross managed to sell our property where others had failed to do so which meant an offer was accepted on the property we wanted. Unfortunately for reasons outside of MRs control that sale fell through. Ross phoned us whilst we were away, told us not to panic and he managed to sell our property once more within two weeks. Purchase still on also. Ross managed some challenging periods leading up to exchange with absolute professionalism and was always available for a phone call. We cannot thank Ross, Matthew and the team at Move Revolution enough. We couldn’t fault them and would recommend Move Revolution to anyone wishing to buy or sell a home.

A really helpful local company, I’ve used Move Revolution for lettings for a number of years and they have always built a relationship with me and been honest with advice. It’s not been an easy market to sell in but we got there. The photographs of the house were excellent and they sold it well, I didn’t feel rushed on making decisions and supported throughout. We originally decided to go with Purple Bricks and after two weeks of having no viewings we thought we would try Move Revolution. This was obviously the right choice as we had a number of viewings straight away and we accepted an offer of the asking price for our flat within a week.

We asked 4 different companies to come over to give a valuation and Damian provided the most detailed comparison work, plus the most informed advise on the current local sales situation. Communication was excellent. Our house sold in a matter of days, and we laughed as the ‘for sale’ board wasn’t even up. Having never brought a property before I was very anxious and had a lot of questions, the Croydon team were very patient, understanding, always there (even when I emailed at 10pm after getting in from work) and kept me up to date with each process!
