Natalie Sanders has been absolutely amazing in getting my property rented out. Natalie was quick, efficient and went out of her way to help - nothing was too much trouble. Despite Covid-19 a really lovely tenant was found thanks to Natalie's hard work and great judgement of character. I had a bad experience with a previous agent which was highlighted even more with Natalie's honesty, professionalism and dedication. She held my hand throughout the whole process and helped fix some paperwork issues too. I genuinely am beyond thankful to her on all fronts. Zeenat Malik - my Lettings Progressor was amazing, she helped me to get together all of my necessary documentation and quickly arranged the EPC certificate to name one item. Zeenat was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond and get back to me with any questions - all of which she had the answer too immediately. Again, nothing was too much trouble for Zeenat. Very good service. My property manager, Robert Owen, is very helpful. He always kept me informed of any issue with my property in a timely manner and follows up closely to get the issues addressed.

I would like to thank Calum for his amazing support and help through a recent problem with my rental property. I rented my property to some tenants who did not pay rent, were very disruptive and smoked in my property which was let as a non smoking property. The tenants then disappeared, leaving others in the property who had no rights to be there. Calum has been very informative throughout, keeping me up to date with all contact made with the previous tenants and reports of property inspections. Calum was extremely professional on the night of the eviction and was very clear with the tenants and gave me complete support. This has been an extremely stressful period, from receiving no rent, to finding my property in a poor state and knowing the work that has had to be done to get it back to an acceptable standard for the rental market. I am grateful for Calum's support and professional approach to the situation I found myself in.
