I switched to Streetsahead after being with another agent for months and whose service miserably failed me. Sam carried out a valuation and reassured me that Streetsahead would sell my place, he said their other offices would market it too….mm I’d heard this before so was rather sceptical. Very quickly I received lots of calls, texts and emails from Sam, Gemma and their other offices, to book in viewings. I actually received an offer from someone who had gone to see another flat with a different branch but was then encouraged to take a look at mine.
