My wife & I used Yourmove in Rainham after we were unable to gain ANY interest in our property using Purple Bricks, due to a quiet period in the market. We soon had viewings arranged allowing us to gain some feedback for which to progress with. Donna and her team were extremely helpful and someone was always available, even if it were to inform me that someone would get back to me with the relevant information a.s.a.p. I would recommend them in Rainham.

All of the staff at Your Move Rainham were friendly and helpful during our house sale and we achieved the price we wanted very quickly following an open day. However, I wouldn't recommend the conveyancer that we used which was recommended by Your Move (we fully accept we could have chosen our own). Additionally, this was a probate sale following the death of our mother and so to be heartily congratulated upon completion just didn't seem appropriate. They knew this was a much loved family home and it was a wrench to be selling it. Whilst completion before the end of stamp duty holiday was great for the buyers and for Your Move, the team had clearly forgotten the circumstances of our sale and this was disheartening.
