After care after we sold the property was non-existent, would be weeks without any communication, I always had to regularly call for updates. Didn't feel I got value for money, especially as I felt I personally ended up doing most on the admin myself.

DO NOT EVER USE THE SOLICITORS THEY RECOMEND. Do not make the mistake I have made and Google these guys out first at solicitor.info or review centre. Do not bother with google reviews as I am sure they have hired someone to boost their online rating there (which is quite easy these days). THEY DO NOT ANSWER QUESTIONS (if you are lucky you might get one sentence answer after 5 days which usually does not answer the question you have asked),. THEY DO NOT INFORM ABOUT THE PROGRESS OF CASES (or rather lack of it), YOU HAVE TO THINK FOR THEM AND DO THE JOB YOU ARE PAYING THEM TO DO, THEY ASK YOU TO DO THE SAME THINGS 5 TIMES, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM (try phoning their number) I know it is busy everywhere at the moment but I have friends selling/buying with other guys at this very moment (two different couples) and when I am telling them about my experiences with YOUR MOVE RECOMENDED SOLICITORS they are shocked! I have not heard from my solicitor for the last 4 weeks and we should be completing the transaction around now. Aparently the Your move staff are strugling to get in touch with those guys as well. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW. I AM STRONGLY THINKING ABOUT GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE AS I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY SALE!!!! Dear Your Move staff. Have I lied here? As for the the agency itself I would not have said a single bad thing about them unless it had not been for the situation they had put me in by recomending those useless guys. Your Move in Rainham, Gillingham, Kent..... They manipulate who gets which property, by using lies and not putting offers forward. When I spoke to the seller directly and found out my offers hadn’t even been put to him, I went to their office to ask why. The woman ‘pretended’ to call him in front of me, apologising on behalf of your move but she wasn’t even speaking to anyone! That is so deceitful! Imagine her shock when the seller walked into the office! So much more I could say but to sum it up - Literally one lie after the other the whole way through. Everything in my review is 100% true. Your Move are a deceitful lying disgrace. When posting your denials, maybe bear in mind i will be submitting my proof to the ombudsman.

They take forever to do anything! And they charge you loads of money for photos (which they shouldn't) they con you and get something out of you even if they don't sell your property.. THEY OVERPRICE YOUR PROPERTY, SO THEN IT'S TAKES EVEN LONGER TO SELL IT. You have ruined our lives and future. Hope you feel great about yourself. Now we're still stuck somewhere we don't want to be. Hideous company! I wouldn't bother viewing houses with them unless you plan to get your mortgage with them as well. Your offer could be the highest offer but might not be accepted if someone with a lower offer is getting their mortgage through them....I get the feeling any offers you put forward wont be passed to the seller unless you have a meeting with their financial adviser. They obviously push to sell their houses along with other services to make the most they can, putting themsleves before the seller & buyer.
