Alexandra was appointed my co-ordinator and each week she kept in touch via phone or email, to reassure me and to answer any questions I might have. The whole process of buying/selling is inordinately stressful, but with the support of Julie, Alexandra and the whole Ramsey team, helps to reduce the stress wherever possible. Fabulous company, kept us informed throughout the selling process from information on viewings to updates once a buyer was found. We had a dedicated lady who dealt with our sale, who kept in contact with not only me, but my solicitor and the buyer as well so everyone was kept up to date.
