Responsive Agency
I had a water leak from the top floor flat come through my light fixture in my bathroom over the weekend and within 15mins of calling NEA Lettings a plumber arrived to resolve the issue. It was also discovered that my power shower unit needed to be replaced and this was done within 48hrs. NEA Lettings, Elaine and Liz in particular, were fantastic!

Great staff with a wonderful personal touch
I've approached other Estate Agents and have found NEA Lettings and Nicholas Estate Agents to be consummate professionals in all respects. Their local knowledge is great; they use local contractors for support and the phones are always busy. I've always recommended them to friends and when they've acted on a friends' behalf, I haven't been made to look a fool!

Worst Letting Agency Ever
Please dont deal with them. Very unprofessional, very rude and doesnt know their business. They refused to even refund full reservation fees when the landlord backed out!
