I bought a house via Parkers 10 years ago and was impressed by their service then so returned to them when I sold it earlier this year. It was the right decision - everyone I dealt with was helpful, friendly and replied promptly. The sales progressor, Emma George, was invaluable. I think the sale might well have fallen through without her keeping her eye on the ball and following up with the solicitors etc. Definitely recommend - I've heard so many estate agents horror stories so would always pick them again in future. Great value too

The service provided by Emma George from Parkers when purchasing our first home was first-class and we don't know what we would have done without her. She was pro-active when chasing items and communicated updates with regularity and a high level of professionalism. The customer service was streets ahead of that provided by the solicitors and Emma made us feel that we had someone involved who we could trust and had genuine drive to get the purchase over the line.
