I would just like to say that Paula Thomson and Harry Buck from Parker’s estate agents in marketplace Reading are by far and wide the BEST agents I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! The sheer professionalism they both exude and the rapport they build with you makes you instantly feel at ease during the house buying process, which for most people is one of the most stressful processes you’ll ever have to deal with, but with Harry and Paula, they both made what should have been a really heavy process, so much lighter. And for me personally, I think that is invaluable. I’ll admit, I’ve not been the easiest of cases, largely due to the intricacies and complexities of home ownership and lending when being self employed, and despite it being a long and drawn out process with lots of twists and turns, nothing has ever been too much for them. Prompt replies to any queries I’ve had ALWAYS! They’ll bend over backwards for you to get something done and get it over the line, even if it inconveniences them. I’ve not had to chase them for anything a single time in 5 months! They are on top of EVERYTHING, especially their game. They are the best at what they do and they really and truly are an asset to Parker’s - they are exceptionally lucky to have them; as a business owner myself I can tell you one thing, if I was to ever open an agency, I would try to employ the pair of them in a heartbeat and throw as much bloody money at them as I could afford to try and get them; they have qualities that you simply cannot buy and cannot teach, they are exceptional.
