Very good experience from start to finish. Francesca in particular was excellent in my case, since there were plenty of occasions when I needed answers to questions, which were not neccessarily forthcoming from solicitors. Great service from start of process through to completion of sale. We live over 200 miles away, which complicates some aspects, and Michael Poole gave good advice, kept us informed and assisted us as "go between", and with "on the spot" help when we needed it !
