We used Michael Poole Redcar for the sale of our house and I would 100% use them again. From them coming to value the house right down to the completion they’ve been amazing. Due to no fault of Michael Poole our sale took a very long and stressful 10 months but they were there for us every step of the way. I would especially like to thank Emma and also Helen from the Eston branch who have both went above and beyond to keep us sane throughout the process. What a lovely helpful department. Sophie and Helen were great. They both were always there to answer any questions or to support me in any way through the purchasing process which they didn't have to do but were more than happy to do so. They helped me so much when I didn't understand certain stages, they explained everything as we went along. They also told me what I should be expecting from my solicitors and when to push things along. Every need was met by both Sophie and Helen. Anything I sent to either of them would be dealt with promptly. Very professional but also very approachable, I felt very comfortable that I could contact them anytime for any guidance.
