I am a landlord and have used CJ Hole for a number of years, they provide excellent service, quickly finding and referencing tenants to ensure my void times are kept to a minimum. I intend to use them many years into the future.

We recently selected CJ Holes new Redfield branch to market and find a tenant for our property in Easton. Brad did the best pitch of the four agents we looked at. The photos of the property were excellent and Hope did a good job of following up after the viewing and we found a good new tenant who could move in promptly. The model where Kayleigh in the other office does the paperwork worked well and all the documentation was excellent. Brad really made us feel valued and delivered on all the commitments he made at the start of the process. A great experience of the CJ Hole Redfield office.

Have just recently sold my home though C. J Hole in Redfield. Communication has been great at all times. The team there have been very informative. Would certainly recommend.

Really awful experience. They decided after very nearly finalizing the house that we cannot afford it and continued to withhold our deposit. This was due to a miniscule mistake that could have been easily rectified. They only care about monetary gain and are happy to take advantage of people to get it. Sadly house hunting is a desperate game so I won't say don't use them just beware of how they treat you.

Awful estate agent. First phone contact was with an unhelpful woman who said I couldn't view a specific property for the next 8 days because they were too busy! She gave me an appointment and when I turned up there was no-one there. I later phoned the office and a feeble sounding woman did not bother to apologize and couldn't find my booking on the computer. Utterly dreadful service
