Professional and helpful

We met Olivia while viewing another house where we were unfortunately pipped to the post with our application. However another came up and we had a viewing and applied on the spot. Olivia was very helpful in finding us the tenancy and helped us through the process. We would recommend Olivia and Martin & Co.

Although it is early days in my stay at this location, I have to say that Martin & Co have been very helpful and understanding of my circumstances, making the renting process easy and supporting the move in a range of ways, including in booking the initial viewing, and subsequently allowing me to secure an ideal location for my work move. Olivia Sutton is my corresponding agent and she has exhibited great professionalism and care. She has been very informative and responds very promptly, politely, attentively and reliably which is so crucial and helpful.

I was recommended Nick by my neighbors, but unfortunately, I fell for the sales pitch of another estate agent, wasting six weeks before bringing Nick on. Immediately, Nick generated interest and booked multiple viewings (the initial estate agent, Woolley & Wallis, had achieved zero viewings in the previous six weeks). In a tough market, Nick managed to secure a buyer. Although it wasn’t perfect, I needed to complete the sale as soon as possible since I had taken a job in Edinburgh and already wasted time and money with the previous agent. Nick is a pleasure to deal with. He understands the market and manages expectations well. If you’re planning to sell in Ringwood / New Forest area, I couldn’t recommend Nick enough. He has a professional, no-nonsense approach and, most importantly, he gets the job done.

Excellent estate agents

Martin & Co were professional, friendly & helpful from start to end. The rental process went smoothly due to their organised practice & regular contact. Nothing was too much bother & always completed in quick time. Would highly recommend them. They made the whole process as stress free as possible for me moving on my own.
