Sale of House

As an ex estate agent, i was impressed with the thorough valuation process, through excellent local market knowledge, we had really good feedback on viewings and market conditions and ongoing pricing. When offers received we had good advice and actually felt the agent was working for us rather than just trying to tie up a sale , in their interest. After agreeing price, we had good communication despite the sale taking a long time to exchange due to a delayed responses from other agents/solicitors/buyers in the chain.
