Great Properties. Great Service. As of yet no problems with any of the 7 properties we are currently renting. No complaints from any of the tenants. One brief issue would have been the lack of equipment on arrival. for example no cutlery, pans, cups, plates or anything of the nature but to be fair it was never agreed that there would be. Overall very pleasant to deal with..

Great help-once again

This is 2nd time I've used Moginie James Letting during my time in Cardiff and both times they've been the perfect house. The team have been professional and help, more than ready to answer your queries. And they're particularly accommodating when the nerves set in as the tenant and you start to itch to move in. My one fault is more a problem of their own success, in that they can be so busy, sometimes they need chasing up. Thank you once again for helping me find a great home!

They were also the most friendly agents I came across - adding a personal touch to their diligence, making us feel they genuinely cared about the success of our house hunt.

Great communication and service

Dealt with Graham Hawkins in the Sales department and he was excellent, both with a realistic appraisal of the property and timely meetings for measuring up/photos etc. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Also great service from the sales progression team who kept us very up to date with progress.
