The service I received here was outstanding. I initially spoke with a lovely lady Andrea who was very attentive and informative on what I had to in order to rent a property as I have never done anything like this before. I then went on to view the property with Cerys who was really easy going, Kind and informative, She helped me every step of the way. Cerys was also very fast paced in making sure all documentation was sent across and submitted to enable me to move in as soon as possible. I applied for this specific property around a week ago and now have a move in date for the 6th of September.I Would definitely recommend using Martin Co as a landlord or tenant!

Excellent service, no issue is to great, leave them to it & they will sort it. Great communication skills. Dealt mainly with Andrea & Ben, who are knowledgeable communicators, but the other staff are equally on the ball.
