My flatmate and I have had an absolutely fantastic experience using Martin & Co. Rak has consistently kept us in the loop with everything since day one. Unfortunately, our landlord decided he was going to sell our property after the first year - however, Rak gave us plenty of warning for this as soon as he was made aware. He also put in a lot of effort to find us a new property of similar or better standard than the one we'd spent the last year in. I can't recommend using Martin & Co enough - I guarantee you'll have just as pleasant experience as we've had and will have absolutely no issues along the way.

We used Martin and Co for 4 years as our letting agent, and later to sell our property. Throughout our relationship with them they were responsive, professional and efficient. They always gave good advice and were available whenever needed. I know our tenants also thought well of them. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Rak and the team are amazing - they were our point of contact on our managed property and the service and care they give to us as tenants was amazing. We were sad to move on from them as they were so good. If you can let from them please do - and landlords please give them your business!!!
