This was the first time we were letting our property in London, and Mandeep made sure it was a smooth process. Not only did she explain the whole process in great detail, but she’s always available to speak to if we had any questions. Overall we were very happy with the service received.

I recently sold my house and purchased a house with Lawrence rand. I initially dealt with Jamie when we was finding a house and then was dealing with Alec towards the end. They were both so helpful through out and always available to to talk and deal with anything when needed. We wouldn’t be in our dream home if it wasn’t for them, I would recommend them to anyone!!

Lawrence Rand recently sold my flat for me and I can't recommend them highly enough. Alec and Jess (and Graham, before he left) were so helpful, efficient and an absolute pleasure to deal with (such nice people too!). Nothing was too much trouble and they kept me informed every step of the way. The sale itself went very smoothly; the problem I had was getting rotten tenants out when they decided not to leave at the end of the tenancy. The letting agent was no help at all (don't use Elliott & Co!) but Alec and Jess kept in touch with the buyer about these issues and developed a good rapport with us both. Alec & Jess - THANK YOU!! I contacted Mandeep at Lawrence Rand out of desperation due to poor service from a different agency in the area. From the very first email I sent she has been incredibly helpful and has gone very far out of her way to assist me. With my previous tenant ending up making life just about as difficult as possible for me, Mandeep managed to resolve all the issues with a calm and grace that is very impressive. Amongst other thing she arranged for a cleaner at very short notice, had extra keys cut personally, arranged for the decorators to repaint the property in no time at all and managed to find me lovely tenants to boot. It has been a long time since I have experienced such excellent customer service. She has been very pro-active and has saved me so much grief. If I could give her more than 5 starts I would do so. Since the tenants have moved in I have also been dealing with Matthew Huband. Matthew has been equally delightful to deal with, his response times to queries are super quick, he is clearly very clued up and excellent at his job. As a bonus he is charming and very pleasant to deal with. I can tell that I am in very good hands, that my property is in very good hands and just as importantly that my tenants are in good hands.
