As a tenant in London, I've had dealings with quite a few agencies and Lawrence Rand have been the friendliest and most professional by far. I've dealt with Mandeep, Rebecca and also Matt. They take customer satisfaction very seriously and they are considerate to tenants at viewings. Furthermore, they take Covid measures very seriously to keep the current tenants and viewers safe. An agent is assigned to a property (unlike other agencies where it's a free for all) which means they have all the information for prospective tenants and makes scheduling a lot easier for current tenants.
