Within only a few weeks we were able to move into a beautiful rented property in a quiet residential area - perfect for our 3 children. I purchased my new house with lawrence rand, I went with them not only because of the house they advertised I liked, but I chose to buy a house from them because of the service they offer. I had viewed many houses with other estate agents and even put an offer in with one of the 'major estate agents in the UK's but I was asked if I was serious about the offer as it meant filling out paperwork and they were not inclined to do so if I was going to change my mind. I viewed many houses with Lawrence rand and put an offer in on one house and it was accepted, that fell through but I had been speaking to Paul there and he had informed me of a house that was coming back onto the market and promised me the first viewing. He kept his word and I am now unpacking in my new home. To sum up, if you want to buy a property in the ruislip area, great service,great communication, helpful people there is only one option.
