We may have been lucky but the sale of our house in Harrow through Lawrence Rand went incredibly quickly and smoothly. Their pricing estimate was accurate (in fact they achieved slightly more) and we had two offers after the first weekend it was on the market. We found them straightforward to deal with, very helpful and responsive. Everyone we dealt with was excellent, but a special thank you to Paul who offered sensible help and advice which was invaluable.

I purchased my new house with lawrence rand, I went with them not only because of the house they advertised I liked, but I chose to buy a house from them because of the service they offer. I had viewed many houses with other estate agents and even put an offer in with one of the 'major estate agents in the UK's but I was asked if I was serious about the offer as it meant filling out paperwork and they were not inclined to do so if I was going to change my mind. I viewed many houses with Lawrence rand and put an offer in on one house and it was accepted, that fell through but I had been speaking to Paul there and he had informed me of a house that was coming back onto the market and promised me the first viewing. He kept his word and I am now unpacking in my new home. To sum up, if you want to buy a property in the ruislip area, great service,great communication, helpful people there is only one option.
