Had to get to Saffron Walden for 8am from London, but due to a person on the line, what should have been an easy journey, turned into a nightmare. Eventually got to Saffron Walden and called Eloise. She very kindly, picked me up, took me to the flat, then took me to Audley End station. I am beyond grateful to Eloise for her kindness, generosity of spirit and expertise.
