I had a great experience renting with SnugPads. The application, move-in and move-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Both the flat and house I rented were in good condition, and well-maintained. As a parent of a student renting from snugpads I can honestly say I have complete peace of mind. Repairs are carried out promptly and the property is kept to a high standard. Just carried out a leaving inspection today with Hamza. They do carry out a thorough inspection and the charges can be high but look after the property as my daughter and her house mates have and a 100% deposit refund will be recieved. My daughter has decided to rent again with Hamza at snugpads this year. Highly recommended student landlord.

I’ve been with snug pads for the past year and I’ve have no trouble from them, if there were any issues they were prompt once notified and the issue was sorted within a day or two. Couldn’t recommend more !!
