As a tenant, I value having someone I can contact on a personal level to help with any issues that arise from time to time. Jess always responds and goes all out to assist. She is my go to person, but after 14 years in our home I have found the Saltaire team to be pro-active, friendly and professional.

I am a landlord for a flat that has been managed by this office for nearly 15 years. For the very first time we had a struggling tenant and of course a tricky situation. I would just like to say how professional Jess has been in managing through the repossession of the flat. She has gone the extra mile to get to a place where the legal governance was successful. Then there was a whole load of processes to go through to manage bringing the flat back to a habitable state (Just disposal of possessions and deep cleaning). Would highly recommend this office if you are looking for a managing agent.
