I have been searching online for a rental property for a good few weeks now via any possible channel and have been ignored on countless occasions without even a reply to my emails until today . I saw a lovely little property ,instantly expressed my interest to get the shock of my life to not only recieve a response to my email but an actual follow up call immediately to arrange a viewing with a really friendly ,helpful lady called Carol Stubbs . She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was not only professional in her approach but also very kind and empathetic. She is a credit not only to herself but to her firm and sadly we don't have enough Carols in this world in my opinion. I will be recommending her and the firm to all my friends and family . I've used Martin & Co for over 26 years now and when ever I have any issues they aim to try to resolve them as quickly as possible and keep me in the loop at all stages! I find the whole team professional and super friendly and they are a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't upload a review without giving a huge shout out to the fantastic Denise. Whenever I make contact it's like talking to a friend you've known for years and she always goes above and beyond to sort things out!! A fantastic team who are always there to help!

My experience with the staff at Martin & Co from start to finish has been extremely positive. I feel that I was always listened to and always kept informed of any developments with my property when it came to any remedial works or tenant requests. Having a team on board who have the knowledge and expertise to address any issues is essential as a landlord and I don't feel like I could have been successful without the help of Angela and Jess. Angela has always provided me with advise in regards to rental pricing and repair quotes and Jess has been brilliant with liaising with the tenants when we finally decided to put our property on the market. If you have a house to rent and you need a reliable estate agent, just go with Martin & Co!

Where do I start. I recently sold my house through Martin and Co, and they were excellent. I went with them as Dario was the only person I had contacted that actually bothered to read my email and take note of my details, which is obviously what you need from someone doing anything for you. This diligence and attention to detail continued throughout with Dario, his customer service is excellent, but it's genuine with him, he is actually invested in you're sale. Once a buyer was found I was passed onto Kat who handled the actual sale. We had a nightmare with the buyer, their broker and solicitor, it was like they were trying to delay the sale. But Kat was incredible, she was totally on the ball the whole way through, she kept on each person involved, and kept me upto speed every step of the way. Like Dario, Kat was totally invested in the sale the whole way through, to the point you would have thought it was her own property she was trying to sell. Without going into details, both Dario and Kat, in my opinion, went above and beyond to make my sale go though. They were simply excellent. We have another house to sell and will use them for this sale too. Superb team.
