I have known Denise for eleven years - she dealt with my initial application to rent a property from the then Village Estates. Since then, during all my tenancies with both Village Estates and Martin and Co. she has dealt with all my enquiries and problems regarding tenancies in a most efficient manner. My experience with Martin and Co is actually quite refreshing after dealing with another national Letting agent with franchise interests in Guisely where the core values of the company left me rather disappointed. .
